Customer Reviews: Anchor as always good qualityJune 24, 2010 H. Smith(A strange country of it's own w/in the US of A) I looked around for a while to find glass set that I liked and this was the most unique yet classy set I found. They are good quality, weighted bottoms good thickness. They are hard to wash by hand and I would NOT recommend putting your hand in it, I would get one of those sponges on a stick. I have had a small issue with them turning themselves over in the dishwasher or when they are in the sink with such a heavy bottom and the way the top of the cup is designed. I also have bit of a time grasping the glass particularly the 16 ounce glass with it's bulbous bottom. Neither of the issues are big enough to keep me from loving them. Overall I would recommend these.

These are great, but they simply won't work with your imaginary friends. They got really upset and left me because they can't drink from reality glasses!

They survive a drop in the kitchen sink (from maybe 4") when your hands are wet and soapy! I needed juice glasses and something smaller than my crystal 16-oz ice tea glasses (which I use for practically everything), that I also wasn't as concerned about being fragile. These look good and fit the bill. Can't go wrong with Anchor Hocking.
