I bought these for my husband to take his ice tea to work...he takes 3 of them at once...they are handy because they are so large but still look nicer sitting on his desk than most big cups...I also give them as gifts because of them being insulated, a unique size and fit in all car's cup holders...the different emblems are even nicer than they appear in the pictures...I give the heart emblem for valentine's day...flip-flops and palm tree for summer vacations...makes a great quick gift...I give with their favorite drink..

I drink a lot of iced tea all year long, living in Texas this is not unusual, and neither is having a glass dripping, due to the heat and humidity. I had never heard of these Tervis tumblers, I just always bought the cheap ones they sell in discount stores that cannot be put in the dishwasher and don't last but a few months. I had always just stocked up on the cheap ones, knowing I'd be throwing them away in a short amount of time. I saw these Tervis tumblers on Amazon and yes they are pricey for a single tumbler, BUT, unlike most insulated tumblers, you can put them in the dishwasher and they have a lifetime guarantee. I thought what the heck, I'll order a few and see how they work out. Well, that was about six months ago, I've used them everyday, put them in the dishwasher and they are still going strong, still look like new. The designs they have to choose from that are between the walls of insulation are a nice extra touch. The price of the tumblers was well worth it, since they do have the lifetime guarantee. I won't be buying the cheapies any more. That is just like throwing money away where these Tervis tumblers are a lasting investment. I highly recommend them and the lids with straws that you can purchase separately. You can pop them on to take your drink with you if you need to go somewhere. They fit easily into my cup holders in my van, unlike other tumblers of this capacity.
