Product Description These stems resemble the famous cut lead crystal of Ireland both by virtue of their heavy weight and intricately patterned design. Hand-crafted in Slovakia using the techniques that Bohemian glass blowers and cutters have employed for centuries, this set is much more affordable.
Amazon.com Review One of Godinger's most well-loved patterns, Dublin crystal glassware unites time-honored European craftsmanship and classic Irish style. A member of the larger Shannon collection, this set of 12 all-purpose goblets features dazzling starburst etchings that are centered low on the tapered bowls and stretch up to just below the rims and down to meet the thick stems. Hand-crafted of weighty 24 percent lead crystal, these versatile 9-ounce tumblers suit a formal dining table or bar, yet are sturdy enough to be used as dressy everyday glasses. They join the full Dublin line to add luminescent elegance to your home décor. Godinger recommends washing the set by hand. --Kara Karll

Goblets August 23, 2010 ricki stevenson (kcmo) Was suprised by the quality of the goblets . also like the heavier weight. It makes them less likely to be tipped over.
nice December 31, 2009 Tami L. Stewart (tampa, florida) My brother and sister-in-law gave these to us for Christmas. They weren't exactly my "style", as I usually like more contemporary designs... but they are very pretty. They are very thick, sturdy, heavy. I'm not afraid that I'm going to chip or break them while I handwash them, and find myself using them quite often.
My only criticism is that there is one tiny visible seam in the goblets. Barely noticeable.
Affordable, Serviceable Wine Glasses May 22, 2009 Carol A. Aronoff (Tucson, AZ (USA)) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These wine glasses were purchased with the coordinated water glasses and are an excellent value for the money. They are a good size for all around use as a wine glass, and appear to be more durable than some more expensive crystal pieces. I would, however, suggest that the manufacturer include care instructions in the packaging.
These Glasses are Perfect. May 20, 2009 Ken Gore (Chanute Kansas USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
They came very quickly and Were packaged very well. I love them. They matched the other Dublin Crystal I have. Very Nice. I do recomend them.

Shannon Dublin Crystal - Goblets March 4, 2009 Paul Whelan (Michigan, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Excellent quality crystal, made in the Czech Republic. The "goblets" are what you might think of as being regular wine glasses. Nice addition to my collection.
